We left home last night around 7:00pm with the truck loaded to it’s capacity with both kayaks and fishing gear! After a quick stop by Shawn and Johncy’s house in Lodi our journey began!
Our destination, Toledo Bend Reservoir, on the border of Texas and Louisiana, 2039 miles away and thirty-one hours of drive time without any stops! Knowing we allowed ourselves extra time to reach our destination, we decided to take an alternate route and travel through a few states we haven’t seen yet!
We stopped shortly after Reno, NV in a small town called Lovelock for some shut eye at 2:30am!
